After purchasing the historic 43 acre motion picture studio in the late 1980’s, Sony Pictures Entertainment embarked on a multi-year improvement program to modernize the facility and create a ‘campus’ environment designed to attract the best employees and motion picture talent.

The principal of Honnold Construction Management was employed by the studio to manage the construction and track the budget on the $125 million studio renovation project. The team faced the challenges of constructing multiple projects without disrupting studio operations.
