Bill Honnold, CCM
Bill Honnold is a Certified Construction Manager with over 42 years of construction and project management experience. He has worked on many of the buildings and developments that have become a vital part of Southern California.
Bill started his construction career in 1974 as an assistant superintendent and worked extensively in the structural concrete industry as a field engineer. In 1980, he began managing projects for an owner/developer. After that, he joined a distinguished design/build parking structure firm as an estimator and project manager. In 1992, he was hired by Sony Pictures Entertainment to manage the construction and finances on its $125 million studio renovation in Culver City. He also managed many high profile projects both on and off the main studio lot. In 2000, he began working for a local construction management firm where he continued managing projects on the Sony lot as well as several high profile projects for private developers and schools.
In 2004, Bill founded Honnold Construction Management, Inc. and has since managed over $125 million of work for its corporate, institutional, and private development clients. He has been recognized by clients and members of the project team as being instrumental in ensuring that projects are built correctly and completed on time and under budget.
